Loading your Biom Dispenser is easy. Simply unscrew the lid, tear open your wipe pouch, place your wipes inside the dispenser and pull the center wipe through the spout. If wipes bunch up, gently remove the wipes from the spout and loosen the center of the roll until wipes are pulling freely.

If you schedule your return through our Loop Returns portal, you will be given instructions on how to return, as well as a label and tracking information.

Yes! We’re happy to offer exchanges on all Dispensers and unopened Wipes Refills. You can do that via the Loop Returns portal within 28 days of your initial purchase.
Once you place your order online (www.getbiom.co), you should receive an email confirmation with your order number. In that email, you should be able to click a link to track your order once it’s placed.

If you are a Biom subscriber, you can cancel or change the timing of your shipments from your account. Feel free to log in here to make changes. Please note that we send reminders to accounts 3 days prior to order refills, but you must be subscribed to emails to receive.
For regular orders, due to how quickly our warehouse fulfills orders, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after an order is placed at this time. Biom offers free shipping on orders over $75.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may have longer transit times.
At this time, we’re unable to ship to PO Boxes. Our orders are shipped via UPS, which requires a physical street address for delivery. Please enter a residential or business address at checkout to ensure your order arrives successfully.
Shipping is free on orders over $75 in the contiguous US and for APO/FPO/DPO addresses! Orders under $75 to the contiguous US have a flat shipping rate of $8. Flat rate shipping outside of the contiguous US is $15 (Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada).
