When the pandemic hit, we ramped up our wipe game, too. Turns out, most cleaning wipes are plastic-heavy and not so eco-friendly. We started researching and learned that most wipes are made with polyester or polypropylene, and they come in these disposable plastic tubes that are not as recyclable you’d think. Cue billions of pounds of waste, most of it landing in the ocean.

Armed with backgrounds in environmental science and architectural design, we weren't just going to sit on this info. We pooled our efforts and biom was born.
